Aventus Property engaged Eo Lighting to provide a lighting upgrade solution to improve the quality of the lighting and reduce energy costs at their customer carpark at the Super Centre at Logan City in Queensland.
An initial lighting audit was conducted with options presented to either retrofit the existing fittings with LED tubes or replace with brand new LED fixtures. Aventus selected Eo’s latest LED slimline surface mount battens which have a low profile and highly efficient light output and distribution. Emergency lighting was also replaced and upgraded with a reduction in the total number of fittings required after a revised lighting design and modelling.
Total of 830 existing lights were removed and the following new LED lights were installed:
705 x EO-SSMB-1200-20W LED slimline surface mount battens
125 x EO-1200-WP-2x18W LED emergency battens
