SCOPE
Our client brief was to supply and install LED lighting to the busy multi-level undercover carpark, which is managed by BCS Strata Management, located at the basement of a large residential apartment block at 2 Jones Bay Road, Pyrmont.
We replaced all metal halide lamps and 36 watt fluorescent tubes with our energy saving LED weatherproof battens, which were both sensored and emergency in the carpark and firestairs, LED downlights outside the lift areas and our LED floodlights in the entrance to the driveway.
Over 530 existing lights were replaced.
